All approved compensations are issued as store credit, valid exclusively at www.arteyar.com.
Credit Features:
- 💳 Non-transferable to third parties
- 🚫 Not redeemable for cash
- 🛍️ Valid only on our official store
- ♾️ No expiration date (unless otherwise specified)
Important: Store credit, repair, or replacement constitutes the sole remedy available under this policy, without prejudice to your legal rights.
🗓️ 14-Day Window
You have 14 calendar days from confirmed delivery (based on carrier tracking) to:
• Request store credit for eligible unused items
• Report visible manufacturing concerns
• Initiate an exchange request (subject to approval)
This 14-day window is a limited commercial store credit policy and does not constitute a monetary refund right.
Requests submitted after this period will not qualify for store credit evaluation.
🛡️ 30-Day Warranty
For 30 calendar days from the purchase date, Arteyar provides a limited manufacturing warranty covering structural defects attributable to production.

Step 2️⃣: Initial Evaluation (72 Hours)
Our team will review your request and respond within 72 business hours maximum with:
- ✅ Preliminary approval and shipping authorization
- 📋 Request for additional information
- ❌ Reasoned explanation in case of rejection
Step 3️⃣: Shipping (Only if Authorized)
🚨 CRITICAL:
- Only ship products with prior written authorization
- Unauthorized shipments will be rejected and not processed
- Keep your tracking number
Step 4️⃣: Final Inspection
If physical inspection is required:
- We evaluate the product according to our technical protocol
- Final determination in 3-5 business days after receipt
- Credit reflected within 10 business days after approval

To Be Eligible, Your Product Must:

- 📦 Complete original packaging - Boxes, tags, accessories
- 🧾 Proof of purchase - Email confirmation or order number
- ✉️ Prior authorization - Written approval from Arteyar
We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet these requirements after inspection.

Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects
In cases of verified defects, we may process:

We guarantee our products are free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from purchase date.

- Breakage caused by manufacturing faults
- Original structural defects
- Assembly or finishing issues
Repair Process
- Follow the evaluation protocol
- Include photos, detailed description, and proof of purchase
- Wait for prior approval
- If approved: repair according to technical protocol

Personalized or custom-made items:

Evaluation Process
If your custom piece has a defect:
- Contact within 14 days
- Provide complete photographic evidence
- Evaluation according to internal technical protocol.
- Final determination made in good faith according to Arteyar’s internal technical evaluation protocol.
The following situations are NOT covered under this warranty:
Normal Use and Wear
- ⏳ Natural wear over time
- 🌡️ Oxidation or natural changes from use
- 👕 Minor variations inherent to handcrafted nature (not defects)
- Gold plating is a surface treatment and may naturally fade over time depending on usage habits, exposure to moisture, chemicals, or friction. This natural wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Damage from Misuse
- 💥 Breakage from drops, impacts, or improper handling
- 🧴 Exposure to chemicals: perfumes, creams, chlorine, saltwater, cleaning products, corrosive agents
- 🔧 Modifications or repairs by unauthorized third parties
- 📦 Improper storage
External Situations
- 🚨 Loss, theft, or misplacement.
- ⚡ Force majeure or events beyond Arteyar's reasonable control.
- Slight variations in tone, color, or finish due to lighting conditions or screen settings are not considered defects
Applicability will be determined in good faith according to Arteyar’s internal technical evaluation protocol.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- 💵 Arteyar's liability does not exceed the original purchase price of the product
- 🚫 Arteyar is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order with Arteyar, you agree to first contact us at contact@arteyar.com to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
All customers agree to follow the procedures outlined in this Warranty & Return Policy, including the required authorization and evaluation process, prior to seeking external dispute resolution.
If a chargeback is initiated for an order that has been delivered and does not qualify under this policy, Arteyar reserves the right to submit evidence to the payment processor, including but not limited to:
- Proof of delivery confirmation from the carrier
- Policy acceptance records at checkout
- Order confirmation and transaction details
- Communication history related to the request
Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks for delivered, non-defective, or policy-excluded products may be subject to further review and documentation submission to the relevant financial institution.
Arteyar maintains detailed transaction records, delivery confirmations, and policy acknowledgment logs for all purchases.
